Terms of Service

These Terms of Service outline the conditions governing the use of services provided by Zenith Studio. By engaging with our studio, accessing our website, or entering into a project agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Our approach is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and thoughtful design. These terms exist to ensure a transparent working relationship between the studio and our clients throughout every stage of a project.

1. Services

Zenith Studio provides architecture, interior design, spatial planning, creative direction, and related design services for residential, commercial, cultural, and hospitality projects.

The scope of work, deliverables, project timelines, and associated fees will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement prepared for each project.

2. Project Proposals & Agreements

Every project begins with a formal proposal outlining:

  • Scope of work

  • Deliverables

  • Timeline

  • Fees and payment schedule

  • Revision process

  • Project responsibilities

Once approved by the client, the proposal becomes a binding agreement between the client and Zenith Studio.

3. Payment Terms

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is typically required before work begins unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Remaining Balance

Outstanding balances are payable according to the agreed milestone schedule or upon completion of the project phase.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any mutually agreed payment method.

Late Payments

Invoices not settled within 30 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

Refund Policy

Deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced. In the event of cancellation, clients will be invoiced for all completed work and incurred expenses up to the cancellation date.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely approvals and feedback

  • Supply required information, drawings, assets, or materials

  • Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe

  • Fulfill payment obligations as agreed

Delays caused by missing information or delayed responses may affect project timelines and may result in additional fees.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified within the project agreement.

Additional revisions or substantial changes outside the approved scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.

A revision refers to adjustments made to an existing approved direction. Significant changes or entirely new concepts are considered additional scope.
