ABOUT PROJECT

Designed as a flexible commercial space, the Lekki Commercial Pavilion responds to the need for adaptability in a rapidly evolving urban context. The structure is defined by its openness—large spans, minimal structural interruptions, and a fluid relationship between interior and exterior. This allows the space to host a variety of functions, from retail to events. Lightweight materials and clean lines give the building a sense of clarity and ease, while subtle detailing ensures durability. The pavilion stands as a functional yet refined presence within the city.
